During the start-up phase, clients often choose to locate some of their staff in our offices where they have access to shared office services, including boardroom facilities, telecommunications and furnished workstations.
We also help clients to recruit additional staff by introducing them to suitable recruitment agencies and, where needed, drafting job specifications and profiles, short-listing candidates for the interview process, interviewing and assisting with the set-up of pension and health care schemes for employees.
Once staff recruitment is underway, many of our clients find it more efficient to outsource their payroll to us. We process payrolls, arrange for payment of salaries and file monthly returns and year-end forms with tax authorities.
